How do I request support?
To be able to request support from TFW:
1. User/Customer has to be registered with TFW e-Support (email validation required).
2. Non-Customer will only answered for e-marketing/advetising at TFW Sites
3. CS Online/TFW Customer's technical related question, will be answered based on the priority/urgently (max 72 hrs)
4. Due to the loads, e-Support will only answered the first support, Customers who request support more than 1 in less than 72 hrs will not be supported.
